Slazzen built this back in 2004, it changed hands a couple of times an wound up with roxndoxn up in santa maria. he was trying to buy my ford before i got it so when he saw it up for sale, he made a trade offer. we swapped pinks today. car is pretty neat. i have a few small things to hash out, but overall i'm pretty stoked. 350/350 with 3 97's on a fenton intake, finned aluminum rocker covers and oil pan, 9" ford posi, juice brakes, etc, etc... its a neat little go-kart. admittedly i'll only be a temporary care taker as i really need to focus all my energy on my fleetline, but you never know, i might have too much fun and decide to keep it around a while....
Talking about old school times here on the HAMB! Wow, I remember distinctively when that was being built....in fact, I saw it in person while in process when Slazz was up north near Sacramento. Great to see it in good hands! I have always liked that truck
Mitch, I am so stoked that it all worked out... Good thing Bigdaddy knew us both and made this happen.... they only thing I am bummed on is that it is going to be at his house for at least two weeks since my wife and I just welcomed our First Son on Monday. Thank God for John and his AAA or I do not know when I could have brought the car down. He said it ran super smooth on the way to his house in Orange. Thanks man.
Yeah, Bigdaddy is a square dude. that was mighty big of him, but thats just the kind of guy that he is. i'm glad we could put it together.
Mitch do you know what Bolt Pattern this car has... I like the supremes but want a steel wheel with caps and wide whites I think.
