As the devil's advocate... I was very interested in what you are doing until the latest series of photos arrived, when the raised engine / street freak / gasser rake appeared. I'm not very fond of that look on a custom coach build. Just IMHO, Gary

i like the edsel grille. maybe section it down to match the proportions? the 32 grille is too...normal.

I love the scooped sides and the current windshield, are you still planning a top? I didn't dislike the Edsel grille either, could still look right with a few mods to it, but the Deuce grille is nice too, just kinda "normal" for what is otherwise a really wild car. Either way, I look forward to updates.

I hate the negative rake of the body. It ruins the whole thing for me, on this otherwise super-cool car, and most other early 30's cars. Taildragging and hotrods don't mix, and taildraggers don't work unless it 1935 and up....my opinion of course.

I like the edsel grill more too. The car is so far from the norm, why go with a common grill shell?

I love your build man....it's rad but I gotta say, with all the work and kosmic kool going on at the rear you gotta do something whacked out with the grill....the rear end looks like a space ship but the 32 front end just look agricultural in comparison...could you narrow it and section it? Sorry to be so critical, I would usually keep my mouth shut cos it's yours to do what you want with but your car is sick and itsnprobablynworth doing a second take......

Another vote for the Edsel grille... the back end reminds me of Rotar...gonna be a neat, creative ride.

Nice job! You have mad fabrication skillz.
It takes a lot of guts and knowhow to pull off something like this from scratch.
What color are you laying down on it?

Love this. Reminds me of some of the 60's show rods that used brass era parts on them.

What was the shift light part originally? It's wild looking, fits right in too.
