What an inspiration! I can hardly wait for the rest of the story. I'd like to hear more on the front brake scoop. ...nothing finer as a hot rod than a '28-29 roadster on deuce rails.

Why was there 3 valve covers in the pre polish picture?

That roadster is spot on for me. I always wondered what I would do with an A Roadster and how I would do it. After drawing pictures for over 40 years, you have hit it dead on with your build. Only think I would do different, I would have to do a folding top! I need to get up north and visit some time. I think you could do some work for me. Thanks for defining what time couldnt do for me.

 

Your story telling just gets better. I'm on pins and needles here waiting for the diagnosis on the motor!! Damn cliffhanger movies! PS your dad rocks!

Is the knock when you rev it or when you let off the throttle?

I always stop at the spot LOVE fishing that lake !!!

 

Nothing like a looo-ooong trip to see if you built your car well...sorry to hear of the abrupt end tho-engines don't do well when they are 'knocking'. I've been on those same roads several times altho I don't do Interstates well...

Hope the engine problem wasn't serious...!!!
