Good for you! GREAT WORK!!! So the white is all painted,..yeah i was wondering,...seems like I always see white all chipped up,....kinda trying to find the best finish OTHER than powdercoating!!?? Too pricey!!
This thread makes me want a T. The car looks great especially put together. I'm not to sure on the engine though. I think I'll really dig it when the accessories are on it and the headers are white. Cool car for sure, should be a screamer.
Love the color, Love the headers (I saw your post on them), and I always liked the Radir Bullet Spokes over the Tri-Ribs. Very Cool!
Thanks everybody! I hope to have it sittin down on it's wheels tonight and see how she's gonna sit. Clark
any pics of that rear suspension set up ? Just curious, I used split wishbones and made a bung out of round stock to weld and gussett to the rearend. Just looking for other ideas for if and when I change out the rear.
It's on the ground! Well half is! I have to wait for my hubs and drums to get back from the machine shop. I'm gonna take a leaf or two out of the front to get it down a little more up front. I really like how the grill looks! Inkorkit....why not do it the same or close? Randy...it was chopped about 3" when I got it. Besides not being enough for me it was done real bad. I chopped it another 4". It should be close to a 7" chop. I also got rid of that big header panel. I used a peice of 3/4 tubing for the header. Famous...I'll have to take a pic of the rear suspension. It's what I do on most of my cars. It's a scaled down version of the mid 60's Chevy trucks. Clark
Shoot... more like PENN STATE PRIDE BABAY! (couldn't resist being an alum. and all) I'd like to see that up at Beaver Stadium tailgating some fall weekend.. haha.. and yea, you heard me right, our stadium, second largest in the country, home of the best football program in the country, is called Beaver Stadium... regardless of the reasons for the color choice... good lookin car
