I met the owner of this car, or one exactly like it. He's in Charleston, WV. It's painted with undercoat and has coffin-shaped tail lights. He was scrapping a '62 Jaguar Mk2 and let me spend all day cutting parts off it.

I was thinking that silly orange along the sides was to cover/disguise a bucket of bondo covering a lot of rust.

Drove on of those once guy came out of no where and ass ended me.

 

Got no idea either, although if I have to guess is its a car for blind people to drive, its got curb feelers all over it so when they get too close to something it buzzes and alerts the blind driver so he can avoid disaster and even worse death or dismemberment.

 

Is that a monster smart car or what?
