I revisited the picture and fixed the problem, it's as clear as a bell...

It's a poor photoshop job.

 

The Pacer comment is close, but I'm guessing Gremlin.

 

I dont know what photoshop is, so if thats it guess Im not missing out on anything.

 

It's computer generated images, in other words, fake.
Look at the wheels, the "writing" on the gas pumps, rear bumper etc.
