    Those rims should be a crime. When I was in high school my buddy had a Chrysler lebaron with these incredibly stupid wheels, super low pro tires, and they stuck WAYYYYYYY out the side of the car, lol. It was idiotic. But when you're 16 I guess sometimes dumb isht looks cool....

    This looks to be one of those Excalibur or similar cars with the fenders removed.

    It almost looks like the front clip off my wife's PT Cruiser spread out at the rear to match up with the Chevy van... It looks like its got widened PT rear fenders as well.

    That's a GM concept car that was supposed to be destroyed but ended up hidden in a Detroit junkyard. It was later restored. I think it was called the Belair.
    I was wrong, it was the Biscayne from 1955.
