Agree, it's an abomination to do that to a perfectly good RV......

It’s lipstick red and a couple different shades of it at that.

 

It needs a flipper gas cap.

 

They sit a little to high up off the ground....

 

This is a much easier boat to maintain, and a lot easier to launch as well! Just drag it across the street to the river!

Looks like one we would drag in the snow behind a snow machine or 4x4 truck.

I used to have a buddy with a 60s fibergl*** boat, outboard. It was moored in about a foot of water and had a slow leak, so when he was done using it for the day, he'd put the battery and fuel cell up on a seat, and let it sink to the bottom. Next time he used it, he'd pump the water out, boat for the day, then let it sink again until the next boat day, lol. It had a lovely algea ring around both the inside and outside.... Name of the boat was "Sotally Tober".....

 

Years ago when I was a daily truck driver, and I always had my camera with me, I shot those shots of that boat in the mud puddle down under the First Ave. South bridge here in Seattle.

 

I don’t know I think they look like a 1930s cartoon cars, something that you would see Goofy driving with one arm and his head hanging out the driver’s window.

 

I love the vision of what someone believed the future would look like...although they seriously missed the mark.
