    Larry,
I guess that we won't be able to put the 2 3w's together at the Roundup now:mad:.....so the "new 32 president" and I will hang out together:D. Congrats on the sale to Bruce....you're more than HAMB famous now!!!....it has to be a wierd empty feeling though, that will p***. Now if you are looking for a really nice barn find 2 door???
Hope you still make it to Roundup.

    WHO CARES--It was a typical 32 3 window:):):):)

Seriously--Congrats--It was one of my favs and its sad to know you sold it but it couldnt have gone to a better home after it left its nest.

I would love to not only know the feeling of driving that car but the feeling of all that $$$$$$$$$$ in my account either.

    Hey Larry,

Congrats on being able to hopefully do what you want now. Like someone else said, this will hopefully alleviate some of the stress of the cost of building it.

On the bright side though.... now you get to start hunting for a '32 pickup... Any leads yet, or have you even started looking yet?

Bruce is a good friend and good guy.
    He'll drive it for sure.
He's been trying to buy my 5W, and it's not even done yet.
I told him he can buy it from my kids when I'm gone.

Now you can afford one of those expensive call-girls the senators score with...

Glad it's going to a nice home... I'm sure we'll be seeing lots more of it.

    Congratulations!

Jason just told me to look here. That's quite a deal, since Bruce Meyers only seems to buy hot rods with "historical significance" haha. Anyway, sounds like he'll be MAKING some history with this one.

Yeah, we knew this car when it was Larry Rollers....

I met him at the LARS a few years ago. He really knows his Hotrod history! He was such a great guy to talk to. He doesn't just buy anything. Your car must have really made an impression on him. It would be cool if he takes it to Pebble Beach. I think it's an honor to say" Bruce Meyer bought my car!!!!" Very few people can say that,Larry.

Wow! I was hoping to get to see it someday, I guess if I do now it'll be behind ropes or something.

Your car is one of my all time favorites and I hope you got some good change out of it.

I'll be watching to see what's next, anybody that builds something that nice has another one in 'em.

to have bruce want your car says alot about it. Congrats on selling it

but what now, you cant do another 32 3 window.. how about doing a similar look to maybe a B400 (do the sedan conversion posted else where on the HAMB in a style similar to the coupe. (and mess with folks.) but maybe with fenders.

  28. very nice car. Well executed. But after reading thru a ton of threads on the high price of hotrodding, I have a question? Which one of you would be considered the 'gold chainer'?

Well, now you've gone and done it. Just when your first term as Deuce Club President is just about to expire you take the easy way out and fabricate an excuse for not running for re-election. I thought you'd come up with something a little more creative, like getting kidnapped by space aliens or something. I guess some people can't stand more than their allotted 15 minutes of fame.:D
So.................. If you want to drop off that wire transfer from Bruce I'll dig out the extra '32 5w I have and your on the way to fame for the second time. It comes with 2 (thats right, 2) grille shells and an extra set of bumper irons. That way I can tell everyone how you took advantage of me. DEAL?:)

    Frank

PS. Congrats on the sale. I don't know if I could have let it go but there's no better place or person for it to end up.
