Damn nice job, Matt! You and your folks should be proud...as others have said, don't worry about a few wet blankets who think all old cars should be preserved in their original state. What the hell fun is that? And where would hot rodding be if no one dared modify anything? Your Model A is a whole lot more useful now than as a restored stocker, besides, all the would-be restorers had an equal shot at buying the car, but apparently were too cheap or thought it was too rough. Have fun!

Really? Get over it daddy-o! Anybody can restore a car... It takes a real man to cut one up!

    :D I love it!

Tindall has built himself one bitchin ride!

The Model A club had their meet here in Wichita at the hotel right next to where I work last week.

I went over and walked around for quite a while and all I could think was how much better they look with the top chopped, deuce grille shell, OHV V-8 power, dropped front axles and no fenders.

An original does nothing for me (although I can appreciate a nice restoration on any car). One that has been cut up and re-powered with a period correct motor just makes me giggle like a school girl!

Nothing I would like more than a convertible A pickup with bigs n littles, slammed to the ground and a mint green paintjob!

Somehow I missed this one. Very nice build. I like all the attention to detail. That intake is badass. It definitely looks sweet in black. Will be looking forward to future builds.
