Hot Rods The Tindall Coupe Gets Paint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its finally done!















Gotta finish painting some small pieces this week, visor, grill shell, etc. Then well start cutting and buffing next wknd. Overall its pretty nice, but it still needs some work to be top notch.

Nothing beats shiny black what paint did you use?

 

This is PPG DCC single stage. Its got some "black candy" on top to add to the lacquer look were after.

 

I love it when guys go the extra step and put a beautiful coat of paint on their rides. Gonna be a great looking hot rod.

Man that thing looks good! I can always appreciate a clean black paint job sprayed in the garage. Can wait to see it rubbed out.

Yes I did. 2 coats of straight color and then another 2 of color and clear. I might knock it flat and lay another 2 of color and clear on as well, well see.

I was thinking the same thing. I think I told Tindall that if you car was the Hot Rod of the year 2009 this one is shaping up to be the 2010 front runner. really nice coupe and the paint and body is looking nothing short of spectacular.
