No, not exactly. Fast, stock appearing older cars are cool, what I dont get is building something superfast out of a lame mid '60's something four door. A Falcon, Chevy II or Dart would be great providing they dont have too many doors. I would never own any four door built past 1934, I dont care how fast the thing is.

 

Can't really argue much with the desire to keep the doors down a bit. i just want the car to end up looking bland and simple. I guess i might be after a bit of a low buck, "spent the cash in the right place," look. I cant stand the idea of running a wild custom that couldnt scratch its ass from stoplight to stoplight. i'd just prefer a simple looking start, that has a chassis capable of making some iron move forward, really quickly.
