I can not believe my weekend was so perfect! On friday my son and I boarded a plane in spokane, headed for san diego. We were picked up by a long time friend, and headed straight for the gnrs. After 4-5 hours of car show bliss, we headed back to s.d for a nights rest. In the mourning we loaded up his flathead drag car, and I got to be the pilot at barona for a day of drag racing. Went 8.90 at just over 80 mph. Sumday was spent getting a 1935 willys sedan delivery and a real lincoln flathead powered 32 roadster running and driving. Pretty much a perfect weekend as far as hot rodding goes.
