GNRS 2026. Not my pics.

 

I am considering building my 1/4 scale as a g***er and I'm interested in the front wheels on some of these GNRS Willys. I have some solid tires that were logo'd ash tray holders that are close to scale and will need an example or a good picture of one to make patterns.
Are Mazmanian's Halibrands? And what about the Bad News, Americans?

Thanks for that. So, which is the most desirable, Halibrand? I think the rears are Dragmaster replicas but I just grabbed a photo and made the pattern to fit the 8" go kart tires.

I will continue this in the Model Car thread if that is appropriate so as not to clutter up the Willys G***ers thread.

 

Jack Merkels Steel 33 Willys w/BBC. Started out with the SBC from his record holding 39 Willys B/GS car and went to Indy and beat Montgomery. Gl*** car came the following year.
