I'm excited to see all the b.s. removed from this thread when it goes to the tech archive for Bass Build #2. Less talk, more build pics please.

    Brian,

I spent a lot of time at P&P with one of my students looking at the coupe you drove there. I could tell you were talented, but this new build is talent of the highest order. I am extremely impressed. The thing is, I am not sure what I am more impressed with; your fabrication skills or the way you handled those "critics". You are a class act and if I see you at the LSR, I'd like to buy you a beer. That and pick your brain. LOL.

BTW, if any of you armchair engineers can build something better, than put up or shut up.

Brian: Jeff Norwell called me a few days ago in a panic about your post and fine pic's you have posted for all of us to view and enjoy. You have are building a "hot rod" which will be admired for years to come as all others will attempt to copy your art work, however; they will never duplicate what you have created. Excellent work..... Can't wait to see it in Austin....

You have created a piece of rollin' art.....

I know we are prejudiced, but you are an outstanding fabricator/builder. And a great son.

Well Ive read through the majority of the posts on this.It surprises me that people jump to criticize someones work or say that cant be done.
When I first joined this site your work is the first I saw.Its the reason I started paying attention to the threads here.Your work is excellent.Im sure people criticized Gene back in the day as well.
Look forward to seeing this car progress.

Mr. Bass thanks for taking the time to post all of the pictures, information, & the time you used to answer questions. I read your Hemi Coupe build twice. After seeing your work I have been more careful building my Coupe. My Coupe will be better & safer, THANKS. This build is 'beyond words',...Thank you again for all of the help & inspiration.

Very high quality build with admirable attention to detail, some people just don't get it & never will . I like the way you explain yourself & keep your cool ,keep up the journal entries , it's very educational, as are the comments , if you know what I mean ;).

    I am diggin it!

Fishman, You do a damn fine job of making something fuckin'A Complicated look simple and graceful. You know You have done it right when someone who doesn't know any better walks up to it and after an explination say "You mean they didn't come this way from the factory?"

My Wife said that about Your coupe at P-N-P. I took it as about the best damn compliment that could be given.

It looks like it grew there. all of it.
