Stubbs, that’s a great drag home project.

We recently sold a 35’ 5W project, that had an extra drivers door.
I could try to get the top section of door from new owner if you are interested ?

Our 36’ 3W project was missing the roof insert inner channel.
So I was able to purchase 35/35’ roof sections from two cars to use .
I am sure we would have a section left over for you if you wish ?

So I had a tudor sedan door from a 40 for the top metal. Took it and had to cut alot and figure out shaping, they are different for sure but close enough. So here is a first patch and then second. Its ok, its not great but good enough for now.

 

Well, this project stalled out a bit over the last few months, work got in the way, and life as well. I have listed it for sale locally. I do like the car but don't love it. I am being stingy with time and effort I will put into something I don't love. I did bolt the fenders and grille up to see what she would look like all together somewhat. Worth the few hours I put into it for sure. My heart just isn't into this one and then I can't do her the justice she deserves. If anyone here is interested, the major work is done steel fab wise. If she don't sell soon Ill cover her up and maybe come back to her a later date. But right now, I just don't have it in me with my work schedule as it is.

 

So what's the magic number$?

 

I think she is worth 7k OBO?

I have her advertised here locally for 7500 just cause, "tire kickers" But for my hamb family its cheaper.
