There's a MIG flyin round my workshop!!

    Our migs at work are hung up overhead....I dont mind them, sometimes the belly of the gun/liner swings and needs steading when welding. But I do trip up all the time in the bay with the mig still on wheels, 2 grinders, leads, air hoses...get it all up out of the way....much better at cleanup time too.......Bert
     
  3. To make adjustments to the settings I simply reach up, its only just above head height. Thats also the reason for the unit being on the angle it is on. The angle also helps the lead for the hand piece not to kink due to its weight.:D

    I like your idea. I think it is a good one. I get tired of pushing the welder around and clearing a path as well.
