Sorry man it just makes you sick...It's true Brockport is one of the snow capitals of NYS. I live 3hours from Brockport but if I lived closer my friends and I would pay a visit to this guy for you.
we'd put some heat on him and let him know that he can't escape the HAMB. If there is anything we can do in New York at elrodshotrods.com let us know. Hey HAMB brothers if you buy a car from NY and can't see it, call us and we'll check it out for you(for nothing) if its within an hour or two drive.

Bone Daddy,Thank you for the offer... I have learned a valuble lesson, about Ebay, and the rust belt, Thanks to all the HAMB crew for offering to help. I too will check out a car for you guys here, I'm going to be selling the Satan Wagon as soon as I can. I got it running yesterday. Took off the "Western" wheels advertised as "Weld" wheels. Put the stock wheels and hub caps on. Took the lake pipes off that were screwed to the bondo with lag bolts. What goes around comes around and this guy will get his. I recall all those times we sat in your office and bid on stuff! I just got screwed by paypal, so that's it for me. I have had very excellent luck with purchases here. I consider myself lucky, only got screwed out of $50 bucks.
A cheap lesson indeed. Fuck Paypal and Ebay!
