Technical Thermostat install

    I know not everyone is a lover of thermostats but for those who are interested l think this mounting method should work well, l did trim and clean up some thermostats l had lying around

    Should work out fine . Just verify no sharp points to damage the hose . Would you ever consider just using an aluminum disk / orifice welded in and no thermostats ?

    Will work , I used gun screws.
    Then easer I used a SS wire ****d around house one time above clamp with enough pressure to keep thermostat from rising.
    Or use a copper , br*** , SS ring to slide into hose use as stop . You would want to be some what tight Ring to Hose .
    Just different thoughts , ideals @ different times .
