History These cars ... circa 1950?

I'm trying to date this photo of El Cortez Hotel, downtown Las Vegas. The election poster for Governor Pittman helps narrow this down to fall of 1946, 1950 or 1954. I don't think I'm seeing '54-era cars here.

The furthest right car is a 1949 or 1950 Pontiac. The one parked on the other side of the road (the front is obscured) is a 1949-51 Ford. The one in front of the Ford is a 1946-48 Dodge.

The picture could be anything after 1950, and could easily be from '54 as every car I can identify would have been less than 10 years old at the time.
