Nice. I have one of the NHRA 1 year pins. Any interest in selling the ARCA pin?:D

Or better yet? Do you have any EARLY NHRA belt buckles? :D :D

My gosh, how did I not see this post originally? Bluto, I am a fan of your posts...this one...Jesus...I typed in "ARCA" to the search and saw this.

I know you said they aren't for sale, but if for some bizzare reason you ever decide to part with either of the ARCA pins please let me know.

Do you know who had those pins? Given that they were awarded to ranking drivers for each season, the 1938 pin would have been either Lem Ladd's, or Sam or Miles Collier's? And the 1940 would have been Dick Wharton, Walt Gerner, or John Ewell?

I'm surprised The37kid didn't chime in on this.

    All I have are these...

Like I said I have hundreds of these pins none are for sale

The NHRA pin I found in Italy some years ago. It went as a Christmas present to a good guy this year

The IMCA is what is now the World of Outlaws Those came from a dear friend and prewar professional Sprint car racer.... Ace Owens.... Like so many guys I'll miss him for the rest of my days

ARCA's are from the Estate of George Rand. He was a GB aircraft owner,
a WWII PBY Pilot, and a real Bugatti lover, racer, dealer The AAA pins are also George's

The little red pin is RED! It's Lenin as a baby. I found it and many other things in my years of travel East.... real East

I'll find more stuff and post it from it from time to time.... like the fighter plane seat belts in another this week
