    See what you started Johny. I think it looks great and if it works who cares. I never really gave it too much thought. I figured the billionaires at GM put the coils in they had a reason cause the try and cut every penny they can from thier production costs and them guy in the white coats and the slide rules are a lot smarter in some ways that I'll ever be so there you have it. Looks great and thanks for the tip. Uh could you come over sometime and make mine as nice as yours and bring Dave and his power bleeder over also.lol.YRUHOT......Doug

    I've converted four cars to pwr disc brakes in the last two years. I purchased Classic Performance Parts (CPP) conversion kit with pre-bent brake lines. They always came with one coil off the master cylinder's proportioning valve block, per line. Go figure.

  3. The coils (which look good), are there for another reason, not just vibration control. They are there to allow movement in the case of an accident serious enough to move the body on the frame. That way, you'll be less likely to lose braking when you need it most.

    Horizontal coils do not trap air and two coils are all that is necessary to prevent vibration breakage/cracking.
