so ive been playing with the idea of giving the 50 the hair cut it needs. never choped a car b4 but i figure i can do it with some help. so if any one wants to help me mess up a perfectly good car. let me know. ill buy the beer and pizza! and pay denise to make some of her good cookies for me lol. any thing it takes! o yea i will have garage to to this in too! Bryan
That could be fun I didn't get to help with Donzies's chop Post some pics on here and let the guys have a go at it and try some different things and see what floats your boat.
i already tried to tell him it's not as easy as it looks but he won't listen to me .... i'll have to check my social calender.
just cause u said i cant do it makes me want to do it even more its like when your mom said dont touch the cookies, now u want cookies really bad! but yea i know its not going to be easy. thats why i wanted to see if any one would be up for helping me. i have an xtra roof lined up allready. so that should make things a little smoother going. beer! and food!! and sparks and welding u know it sounds like fun! Bryan
I think the flint crew would be up for it, I am not trying to brag here, but I am a certified JB welder.
if your talking about a shoebox, I too am wondering what the hell the extra roof is for? I saw one shoebox doen with a donor roof and it looked like stepped on dog shit.
well i just thinking it would be better just to have xtra parts lol. but now thats im thinking of it since i want to lay the back window down i wont need xtra metal for sectoning issues. see i need help!!!!
having an extra door top is nice since you have to lengthen it would be nice, but dont' worry about the extra roof. I did my 50 myself, it wook awhile, but wasn't all that hard. If I had it to do over again I'd be able to do it alot fast and better. Rod & Custom did a how to on chopping a shoebox, i beleive they have it on their website too.
