You're joking, right? You've never seen a Black Widow in Florida?! You've at least heard of them down there, right? They're pretty common. Along with the Brown Recluse.
And scorpions (had a friend's kid grab a bath towel in the house with one in it, and get all stung up).
And flying cockroaches.
And of course the Fire Ants.
Man, Florida is like Bad Bug Central!
