So did the guy in Texas that bought this sell it again or did he just take it all the way to SF Rod, Custom & Motorcycle show? I found these on a site with some great pics on it.

And guys, lets not get all worked up about this car again, really.

The car that everone loves to hate.....lol

It would be a good rig to run up here. Just think you wouldn't have to worry about running into a moose, just drive under it.

Probably got in it and tried to drive it. Now he needs to sell it to pay for back surgery.

Actually....the car is really pretty comfortable. It's like a recliner inside. You can't see ****, but it's actually roomy!

And on that note....Merc50 and Elrod getting it on inside.

I'm not mad about it at all. I just don't like 'em modified to the extent that they look like a toy someone stepped on. May not be too bad inside, but I'd never be able to get in or out without hurtin' my back. I'll take more practical thanks.

Had one just like that running across the living room floor last night. Squashed it with a shoe just before it got under the couch. Damned hobo's are everywhere.

I guess the extremes will always be pushed a little farther into the absurd. Funny thing is when someone comes on here with an open car that is 3 inches off the ground everyone is all like that so rocks. Too low is too low. If you can't drive the **** out of a car every place you want to go, what good is it.

The reason people get so mad about this car is that they take it in the wrong context.

Remember the "Zingers" and "Deal's Wheels" promotional cars from the 70's? You know...those cartoonish things with the huge motors and itty-bitty bodies?

Think of this A as a 'retro-modern' version of one of those and it'll start to make more sense.

I kinda like it, but I hear the guy that did the scallops and lettering is a real ***hole... [IMG] [IMG]
