This completely sucks!!!!!

Well I had my heart set on a p/u that was on E-bay, there was a little over one day left and the owner took it off the block, and to make it even worse he only lived an hour and a half from me. Now I am in need of another project. I want a Model A 5 window or up to '34 p/u, something with a top, no roadsters. Can anyone out there help me out? yeah it's happened to me a bunch lately. Bitches pull their shit if it isn't up to what they want for it. It's been pretty irratating. Sorry man.

 

See if you can still contact him by email (Ask seller a question) and see if still available. I did this after a car went unsold and got a better price from him.

 

I tried that (no response yet) but I doubt if that will work, the car didnt go unsold he ended it early, probably decided to keep it.

Didn't know if you saw this or not. There's a few other rods, similar to what you described...just depends how flexible your "vision" is.

 

you cant reach him thru the ask seller a question link[after the auction ends] ant more.....I HAVE a guy pull a 50 chevy in the last 30 seconds....I was hi bid on a no reserve sale and I had it at 950 bux- I had proxy bid 1850 bux -but no one bid against me- he pulled it and ebay answered me that he "was within his rights as a seller".......BULLSHIT.

 

I talked to the owner last weekend, he seemed like a really nice guy on the phone. I made him an offer and told him I could be there in 1 1/2 hours to tow it home. He told me that he was looking for a little more then my offer but he would keep my number and if anything happend he might call. I'm still hoping, I have fallen in love with that truck. I guess it will all work out no matter what happens.

 

That truck is very nice. I saw it on ebay also. Good Luck...

 

I was looking at that the same truck and was to look at it last night but he would'nt anser his phone either, fricken Jerk
