This thing will shave days of your metal working projects. I’m kinda mad at myself for not getting it sooner. 47,000 times better than a stud gun. FAST and virtually no scars. Hit the button, slide hammer, slight twist next spot.
Yeah I googled it and was saying to myself, "Please be under $500, Please be under $500!" Nope, looks awesome though. More for the professional than the hobbyist at its price point.
That is an interesting unit that is way more than I need but at the price (that varies a lot between vendors) could well be a money maker in a production shop. LP-2000 - Lenco Automotive
Ok, I’ve not bought anything ever from vevor. But thing has great reviews. And it’s only $ 300 it works the same way, has more stuff and it’s only 110. If this works 1/2 as good and takes 2x as long it’s still worth it. Longevity? Lenco been around a long time, their first original units are still running. https://m.vevor.com/stud-welder-c_1...1s-anti-corrosive-removal-60hz-p_010464851716
I have one similar, made by Marquette. Doesn't have a slide hammer attached, just a pull handle and a shrinking tip. Super handy, I couldn't live without it. Stud guns suck.
I have a couple of them at my shop. Mine are cordless, believe it or not. I am on one about 6 hours a day.
Googling “cordless dent puller” I came up with battery powered ones. But Google also brought up the Verver you showed for 249 and free shipping. Just FYI.
I have seen You Tube videos of those working. It is fantastic tool in the hands of the guys that know what they are doing. I think the one guy is Blue Collar Kyle. He is a guy that works on late model cars, but a dent is a dent.
I don’t think it’s the same one, they do have some that are a little cheaper come with less stuff and different amps from what I see.
Also Works anywhere you can’t get a dolly, (there’s too many like that) Metal finish raising low spots. There’s no distortion, and virtually no scars left from it. Damn fast too. I do more panel work than collision.
Here is one of my 2 cordless ones. It has a marine battery inside of it, plug it in at night and you can run it all day unplugged.
Been using the Lenco for 18 years at work (collision shop, and ours are actually branded as Snap-On, but are Lenco. ). Seldom get the stud gun out anymore. Shop before this one had the Marquettes, they were also better than stud gun New guy at work hates the Lenco, loves stud gun...go figure.....
