It could be he has a large belley and needed the small wheel to be able to drive. On T models they had a fat mans stearing wheel that was ava in the 1920's.

 

I know what you mean. It would look much better with the steering and seating of a early 80's Plymouth Tourismo, NOW that was some real style. Hehehehe.....

You know the human race is in trouble when bad ideas start out populating many dominant species. Somebody needs to help that car quick.
