    Outstanding workmanship
Are you planning on putting a V12 and stock drivetrain?

Do those large reach welding clamps have a name / manufacturer / source?

Shitbox is correct...incredibly handy and available in many sizes and many brands...

Prices are all over the place so do some research...

That's how I see it. Infact for me, rather than pay someone else to do the work for me I would buy the tools and learn to do it myself. It may take a little longer. But more fun. What are your plans for customising it?

Thanks. I said long reach but perhaps should have said wide reach, or even long and wide! I have some of the long version pictured but I'm asking about the ones with the much wider throat, but still pretty long reach too.

I've actually find some online but at about $100 each I'll have to pass, unless there are some more budget conscious varieties!

    Sorry about the thread hijack.

Modify a set, looks a pretty simple job, then you get exactly the size you want.

I believe they can be had much cheaper...and @Clydesdale is correct a little chop, cut, weld and you can maybe save some dough as well...

Thanks guys, I already have done one years ago, and yep, simple enough to do, but if they were available at something like the affordable cost of the regular long ones I'd get some, but not at 5 times the price! Bizop there for someone!

Amazing work, will you be running the original taillights for the Zephyr? I have a set I will be posting on here soon.

  24. Hmm, let’s see now, you’ll need a new frame, a proper front end ( think dropped axle here folks) , 39 rear end w/zephyr gears, mild chop, Hilborn injected flathead, bellflower exhaust w/a pair of Cherry bombs ( hehe) , wide whites and a Winfield fade.

@highluxlow , It's your car. Build it exactly like you want it. Otherwise, you will never be happy with it. You're doing a helluva job!
