The inner and outer rockers had to be removed due to the last shops work like you saw above. The floor was in great shape but its time to dive into the c IMG_0300.jpg IMG_0301.jpg IMG_0382.jpg hassis work.

Better stop showing the modern suspension or your thread will get blipped.

Ask a mod to move this to the OT forum. Then, you can do and show whatever you want.

I, for one, think it needs to stay here. This is a high-quality project with some fantastic work being done. I looked at the last couple of pages, and don't see any obvious "O/T suspension". Even if there is something, I find this a hell of a lot more relevant to me than '53 Chevrolet 4 doors and Nash Ramblers.

I think @alchemy was just posting a warning so people like @rockable don't get carried away. Pardon me if I'm wrong.

@rockable had his build threads moved to OT because he got tired of trying to not cross the line. I put updated suspensions on my cars and I have used efi on one. I almost quit posting build threads because it was a pain to me to have to try to paint between the lines with my threads. Move it to OT if you're doing OT things.

When I joined the HAMB, there was no such restrictions. They came later.

For what it’s worth, most of us know how to upgrade our cars suspension and drivetrain and can do a pretty decent job of it. What most of us can’t do is the quality metal work that you’re doing and that’s why we find this thread so interesting. I would prefer you stick with that instead of this project getting lost in the OT category.
But it’s your car and your build.
