    The running boards are now pretty straight time to get rid of all the holes.

    Very cool. It would be good to see the sedan rebuilt as well. Not lost forever sacrificed for parts. What's your plans for the coupe?

  18. So cool when a dude can take flat pieces of sheet metal,cut them into a triangular shape and contour them to fit and look like factory sheet metal!

    CI lived just west of Corning before moving to Tennessee twelve years ago. Couldn't take the cold weather any longer.

    Glad I tripped across this thread again this morning. As I am looking at my recent Mercury purchase, this helps me know it is at least doable as I look at all the rust on my car. You are doing a great job rescuing this Zephyr!
