For a 30 A. Have the six-which is a 250,worked 194 head,HEI,aluminum gears,intake,carb,hedders..... or the plain old sbc. Q- is, would you want a six powering your "A",especially a chevy? And,when I sell it, would the different factor play a part=good or bad? I really can't decide,as I have both.I really don't care either way,and I know it's my decision. Just some thoughts....It's probably gonna go back and forth here, but I feel like droping something in cause i'm getting bored. Well.....
**** can the air scoop for sure as far as which one six or eight ,either would be cool , I believe the eight would sell easier , But ,who knows ! Everyones going to say its yours build it like you want........
I have a friend running a 27 t with a 250 inline chevy. It's got a clifford manifold a 4 barrel carb and runs real strong. I dont think it would hurt you on resale in the hot rod scene. but as said before decide on one color on the engine, and make it run strong, and sound right. And you're good. Put a 4 speed behind it and you're even better...John
