Yeah, right. I'd be interested to see how much he sells at those prices. I know NOS has a premium on the right stuff, but come on ...............

2000 bucks for a 68 galaxie trunk ornament, but less than 500 for a hemi/440 shaker hood scoop? and since when did ford parts start commanding mopar prices?

I have actually bought a few things from him in the past. I think his drug usage is new as I didn't pay too much for what I bought from him.
When I bought my 56, it had a power seat and I got an extra seat switch with the car. I sold it on eBay for $200 and sold the power seat frame bottom with switch for $1100.
People are willing to pay stupid prices for things they really want.

ebay is whats driving his prices. you can do better at a show , but some people wont wait to find what they want at a show and have big credit limits on there cards.

half the fun of going to shows is looking at the stuff for sale. especially in the project part of the show (if the show is that big).

I've seen his parts and drooled over some. I doubt I'd pay the asking price for any of it. I'll never be that desperate.

Those prices are ridiculous. But then if somebody's out there to buy 'em.... I remember years ago when we'd do the obsolete parts returns from the dealership to Ford, some pieces weren't returnable for one reason or another so after inventory out they'd go to the dumpster - boxes, open packages, accessories etc. Oh the pain!
