I've been checking out the Hamb for a couple of years. I've been into cars since I was a teen about 40 yrs ago. I've had many many cars over the years ( and drag boats) mostly building them or modifying them myself since I enjoy working on cars as much as driving them. So now they have moved the Paso show to my home town of Santa Maria ,I've been a fan for many years driving up to the Paso show for the last 10 yrs to check it out. After taking one of my street rods to the show last year I decided that I wanted to build a car that I thought would be more appropriate for the West coast Kustoms show and something that I always wanted to build anyway. I found a 1951 Ford Vicky out of a barn in Colorado last year and start to get to work on it. Sadly it will not be ready this year so I may take my 61 again . So if anyone sees a 1961 2 door silver falcon wagon at the Santa Maria show stop by and say "hi" Next year I'll have my black in the weeds vicky there if everything works out.
