Alright folks, I've been trying to do some research but haven't came up with anything solid. A friend gave me some super nice hubs for my hot rod, I'm just trying to figure out if they'll work and what year are they. I know their early Ford hubs, but they have the threaded in dust caps which I believe remember model A hubs having. I'm running square back spindles and need hubs and hoping these will work. And would a picture help or measurement?

I don't know if he covered this definitely but @Tuck was just covering this a bit in his there'd on his StarDestroyer build. I love the hex thread on caps and am using them as soon as I get the hubs. I've always heard these are 40 hubs. I have a set but they're really rusty, I'm mean really rusty! Don't know if the numbers are visible.

    Isn't O1A a prefix on all 1940 parts? Bob

Ya'll guys are great, I have done a lot of research on it, eventually I saw that 36-42 had the threaded dust cap, and and it obviously wasn't 36-39. But once again I thank you all!
