I`m confused, I have a CCI 1770 cooling components fan. If it`s not a two speed fan then why two positive wires? And why do they have to be connected together?

Just curious as to why this is. The fan works fine.

    Thanks,Mark

Don't know why but have one on two vehicles and they each work excellent.

It has to be a two speed fan, or at least has two speed wiring harness in it....Another thought is that it also connects to the A/C clutch circuit......if it runs high on one color wire and not the other, use the wire it runs on and don't use the other.
