Throttle Book fromTRJ

Juat have to say I got my Throttle book today and I have spent the last hour or so going through it. For those on this website who get a clue about what it's about I recommend this book. It may not have been many issues but has always been a missing part of Hot Rod history to me that has always remained elusive.

Just got mine today #491 My wife ordered it for me as a surprise but told me about it a while ago I have been waiting for a while

i've been waiting, glad to heard they have been shipped, i'll be waiting at the mailbox like Charlie Brown waiting for a Valentine.......

 

Funny, I've been that way since August. Hopefully it waiting for me at home. Please Jesus, pretty please!

Got it yesterday. Is it weird that while I was reading it, I placed a paper towel over each hand so I wouldn't get fingerprints all of it?

Yeah, now that I see this is print, it is weird.

 

Got mine last Saturday. High quality , great read. Where do you find the number youse guys are talking about ? I got the bare bones $39.99 one. was there a numbered set ?

No number to be found here. Got mine today and I must have gotten a special NON numbered copy. Do I need a decoder ring?

I asked what number they were on when I ordered mine and they said they are no longer numbered because they sold outta those like 6 months ago or something. But hey its something that I have wanted for awhile and its on its way now.-Weeks

I am amazed it came in less then a week. Awesome now I am way behind on my reading of everything else. Shoot TRJ just came 2 weeks ago, Garage, Traditional Rod and Kulture, and now my Throttle book. Not to mention a old flathead book and model T book I been reading. Danget lol. Good times.-Weeks
