I first met Matt at Jeb Scolman's shop while Jeb was building my 36 3-window. About a year later I met Aileen when we all gathered at 3:00 am to leave for the drive Round up. We spent 6 days in pretty close proximity and at the end of the trip I had two new friends.

This book is grass roots, no budget labor of love. This is not a profitable thing to do, but something that they continue to do it because of pure passion.

Most people just think and dream and don't actually do anything about it. Have you ever dreamed of making something but stopped because the effort seemed to big; well that would have been the easier route for them too.

These two don't settle for that route. Take the time to get one of thee books; it is well worth it. If nothing else, it keeps the dream alive for two young talented people.

  7. The best part about this whole experience has been the opportunity to meet so many like-minded individuals. Without Throttle Merchants, I would have missed the chance to meet some of the nicest people out there. Without this support Aileen and I have received, we wouldn't be able to continue meeting amazing people along the way. This is purely something we do out of passion and not for income, just as John with Acme Speed Shop has said. Thanks to everyone for the continued support. It is very humbling.

I just got all four. I have to say they are very nicely done. There are cars and shop I've seem covered before, but they are covered in a fresh new way with top notch photography.

    I recomend checking these out!

  11. We just wanted to update everyone without creating a new thread. We are finished with the 5th volume but are working on a way to help fund the printing costs through crowd funding. If anyone is interested, PM me or find your way to our blog for details. Some small returns for your generous donations (currently the rewards are for USA donations so any international interest, please PM me to work something out). We are looking forward to producing a new volume for all of you great supporters on the HAMB. We seriously could not produce this without the support of our loyal fans. Thanks!

  12. The 5th volume has been printed and is now available for anyone that is interested. This issue includes photos of the following: Jeremy Hartley, David Bond/Lucky B Design, Neal Jennings, Spencer Getty/Spagetty's Garage, Jeff Watkins, Garry Odbert, Frank Barone, Yvette Barone, Kiyo/Kiyo's Garage, Mike Hodis, TJ Dalrymple, Logan Davis, Danny Callaway, Scott Miller, David Wheeler, "Hudson Joe" Buffardi, and some shots from El Mirage. Thanks for the support from the HAMB community. It has meant a lot. Remember, we offer a discount for all Alliance members.
