Here's a thank you to Chevs of the 40s, who worked with me for the last hour as I sorted out why none of my credit cards would work. Ended up that on one, our payment hadn't cleared yet, so nothing was available, and on my debit I had the little number on the back wrong. The guy at Chevs must of made 3 or 4 calls to me, getting it sorted out. And it's going to ship today! And then he noticed I had checked a shipping option that I really didn;t need, and so I wound up saving about $10. With all the talk of horrible vendors in the hot rod world, I wanted to let you know that there are positive experiences happening....they're just few and far between!! Tucker
Amen... A couple years ago I was getting a rebuilt dizzy after the innerds on my original one flew apart. They sent me one that unfortunately had a dented housing and instead of making me ship it back before they sent another out, they same-dayed a replacement to me. When I asked if they wanted the dented one back to steal the plate, shaft and innerds out of, Robert just told me to keep it. I've never had a problem with their parts or prompt service... even answering my silly questions when I first started working on this car 10 years ago...
