O.K. one more before it's too late. I drew this today. It needs some refinement. I'll will probably throw in some color in a larger format. It'll likely have some human interest added as well. We'll call it The Road Master! Eh?...Pretty original,...Huh?
Building trophies for our model car show in a couple of weeks. Shot the pearl/candy/flake on this one today - now I need to add leaf, striping and a 1:8 blown Y-block coming out of the top of this "Open Mind" award.
as always all of the art work on this week is just astonding ...i just wish i could do something up like all of you have...but my stuff is more of graffitti style and tattooing stuff so thnk you all for your contributions cause you all have given me more stuff to learn and ideas to put toward my own art...
A little of everything... mostly lacquers I had sitting around. Some HOK Lime Light Pearl, Lime Gold Candy, Sapphire Pearl, a fine, holographic flake... all over a gloss black base. I'm going to do accents/lettering in red varigated gold leaf and I have no idea what color I'm going to stripe it in yet. It'll come to me. The blown Y-block I'm setting into the top of the skull will be a dark red with chrome, aluminum and magnesium parts.
what about the form itself? i do ceramics and sculpture on the side and was curious about the media of the form itself.
