Here are some more pix I took today. Some pretty nice cars. The post 48 stuff was a minority and there was some pretty decent stuff.

These guys are HAMBers. Drove up from FL. They were enroute to Bonneville. Were going to drop car in MO. and then go on and return for HAMB drags. It made my day to come past them on the Interstate.

This car was in the swapmeet. It was originally built in the late fifties. It had been changed a few times. Classic door knob grill.
This truck didn't last long in the swapmeet.
In the sixties,I couldn't stand this grill. Now I love the shark nose.
My brother had one of these.
    F100 on steroids?
    Yeah,its stock,its a 64 and it was nice!
    Nice sedan
    [IMG]
    I loved the wheel
    [IMG]
No wonder all of the Cobras were outside!
    I always loved these.
    Different! ?
Nice Deuce for sale in lot
    [IMG]
This car was a veteran of a lot of runs.Check out the stickers in the windshield.
Willys had the right stance and sound.Yowser!
I'm sorry. Pepto-Bismal doesn't do it for me.
    Another nice roadster.
    Nice 3 window.
I spent about 4-5 hours walking the field. It was overcast a lot, some rain and some sun.One of the milder meets here temperature wise.Crowds were down, vendors were down. Plenty of eye candy. I know a lot of people don't like the changes. It is kind of like when Bob Dylan hit the stage in 1964 with electric guitars. The "times are a changin' ".People will get use to it.
    Hope you like the pictures.

I was thinking between the registration numbers, vendors, and spectators all dropping NSRA must be taking about a 1/4 million dollar plus hit to the bottom line. Looks like the "year change" worked out real well. Oh well gave me an excuse to hit a few more GoodGuy's events.
