    This part number:

    Gives a later model adjusting sleeve that when cut in half and welded to the end of your tie rod or draglink tubing will give you left and right threads that will fit the early Ford tie rod ends. Here's a picture of my tie rod, and yes, it is extremely well put together and the weld is super solid.
