The truck was run by two guys, Smith and Goldstein. This article is from 1001 Custom and Rod Ideas, Summer 68. I think the picture you posted is from a Hi Performance Cars issue, but I haven't been able to find it. It was a cool Willys, but the bed was a little strange.
