37th...Thank You...can Art Deco be Hotrod...Yes!!...are those Vintage Aftermarket or designed by yourself...these Hood and Rad Caps were another segment of Art and Design in Custom/Hotrod/Auto Design Shops in the time of Greta Garbo...and here even today to some degree...

Stogy! Yes the design is a Aftermarket hood ornament. ( Late 30s Early 40s ) 37 Ford only. The one with the red insert is the original Aftermarket. The other one is brass sand cast and chrome plated. So Art deco!!! Thanks Stogy.

Thanks Joe! I hate the one where Wally brings home the '36 and they end up parting some our and selling the rest for scrap I think. Sad!

I also like the one where Eddie has a '40 Chevy sedan. I think it's the same one where he ties the chain around the rear end of Lumpy's '40 ford "Ala American Graffiti" and Eddie is made too fix it later. Don't know what episode or season that was.

...What an interesting Hotrod Sedan. Hamber @Eli603 bleeds and builds Vintage Hotrods and he is very open to the big picture, never disappointing...he also has acquired a couple of very interesting Survivors he resurrected with great respect to their vintage past...both have been shared in this Thread here and there...

I'm not sure if this one has been posted already, but i'm trying to find info. on it It was driven by Harold Cassaurag who was killed when it flipped in the lights at Vacaville or Lodi.

It has been shared a few times within but probably more as what it is...such a epically cool Artrod, that goes like Flaming Hell...I didn't know someone was killed in it...I suppose it was scrapped...but maybe not as I read recently a Hotrod in an accident with a Fatality went on to be raced driven by some well knowns for those of us that follow the vintage as we do...

I always think of Silver Bullet when I see it...I wonder it that's a spinner of an aircraft or a bumperette...

I saw a '40 Willys roll in the traps at Lodi but I don't remember seeing that one. I wasn't there a whole lot and it would have been early 60s.
