yes. Model T front axle and spring with a Model T frame but the body is a different make.
the top of the spring is mounted on a bar which is bolted to the outside of the front fender mounts on each side with one bolt. very dangerous. that means the entire front axle assembly is held on to the frame by two bolts and the radius arms.

The body fits well. Is it one of the aftermarket speedster bodies? And we're talking safety in a vintage hot rod T? That was something they found out later, maybe too late. The tires look to be past safety concerns as well. :( That girl looks tough enough to handle it.

they look like mine and I haven't figured them out either, when I look at them from the front, it looks like one has a case of lazy eye.

Very cool Nitro...fits the bill to an A...straight axles aren't to common a sight in these either...would love to have heard and see it run...

I wonder what was suspending that axle...1/4 ellipticals?

This is pretty high zoot! Casting a Duvall from an original to build this "resto rod"!

@bjinatj thanks for chiming in. Are you still working on the Ole One Eye. There's some real quality vision coming out of your shop. It would be a natural for a Bubble top but I'm curious what you envisioned...

@flyin flattie left no stone unturned with his salute to past excellence, even putting it in the GNRS as many have done over the years...
