Tires....Ever heard of

There is a guy selling tires on E Bay at a pretty reasonable price but I am not sure about the brand. Anyone ever heard of capitol,master craft or nankang? They are in 165, 135 and 145 R15. I think they are something like 40k mile tires and he is selling them for $35 per tire and $10 to ship. Is this worth it?

I've sold many Mastercraft tires with out any complaints. They seem to be decent inexpensive tires.

The one's I just put on my MGB GT are made in Taiwan.
I bought them because they were the ONLY 165R 14's I could find!

I've omly put about 300 miles on them so I can't tell ya about them really
