Technical Title in Michigan?

Who knows the steps in procuring a ***le for a car in Michigan?
I have a friend that needs one for a 36 or 37 Plymouth

Well, I'm guessing the Michigan DMV does. Have you checked their website? AAA might help as well. Here, you get advice from pretty much every state, except Michigan.

You could give us more information, too. Previous ***le, reconstructed vehicle, hot rod or qualifying for a standard ***le, out of state, lost ***le?
