Works been giving me a hard time again reg surfing the HAMB so I'm keeping my nose clean for ahile till it blows over.

Sorry to say I don't think I'm heading west this year. Theres a few new events that I want to attend that are going to eat into my vacation time and I just can't do it all.

Denise,Valentines Day is one of those holidays that Brenda really puts in some long hours,,she started out yesterday at 8:00 AM and got home this morning at 2:30 AM.

We were both there at 7:00 AM this morning and we just got home from her flower shop,,we went in at 7:00 AM it's now 9:45 PM,,it's been a long day,,

I hope your day was great! HRP

Hi Denise, This is a bit late for this thread but here goes.. I don't want to sound strange so please read on.
I was searching for hot rods and checking out pics when I found this thread in Google. The drawing of the pink car in post:

I travelled to Detroit about 14 years ago with a few friends from Australia and went with a group of rodders to the Street Rod Nationals in Kentucky then travelled back to Detroit and stayed with a lovely lady in Livonia.

Have I got the right Denise?

And to stay on topic have a happy belated Valentines Day.

The pink car you4e referring to was my '47 Ford convertible. I sold that shortly after your visit and purchased a '47 Chevy convertible which I lost to a shop fire in 2000. In 2001 I bought Project Big Olds, a '47 Oldsmobile convertible and over the years have built him up to what you see in my avatar.

So fill me in on what's going on with you. What about the rest of the guys? I will be visiting Queensland next Easter time as I'm coming in for your Nationals. Would love to hang out with you blokes again.
