Helping sort out an old hotrodder's hoard, came across this intake. Go ahead make me look like a dummy; what is this?

 

Air intake manifold of a fuel injected Isuzu v8 ?

 

Diesel V8, maybe be Chevy, could equally be Isuzu as suggested above but I’d definitely go with diesel.

 

Intake for a 6.2 GM Diesel? Might even be from an Old's 5.7 Diesel.

 

Yeah, I think this is it. Not what I expected to find in his stuff, he was very "traditional'. Any body want it? Haha.

That is a 6.2 or 6.5 liter GM Diesel intake manifold.

 

Probably one of the worst ideas GM ever had

they were persistent though

 

I have a 6.2 PU.

Give it to someone to melt down into something usable.

 

They actually ask real money for those on Ebay. I don't know if they sell any but they are asking 60 and up.
