History Tom Cobbs the unsung hero.

As per Ryan’s recent posts of Tom Cobbs at Bonneville and the push truck lurking in the background you can see his pitbox on the edge. I am ever so honored to have this amazing piece of history that contains all his AN type fuel wrenches, KD tools a variety of customized Johnson adjustable tools and the most interesting novelty! The lucky rabbits foot.

The brand name on that unique tool box/chest, appears to be the word "CLIMAX"
Just doing some web searches, so far I haven't found that particular size and shape!
That is indeed a cool vintage tool box!

 

It’s a WWII issued box called the M-1.
